Are you saying the blower motor stops working? That might be a sign of bad brushes in the blower motor? If that is the case, replace the blower motor. You could check the wiring connector for blower motor.
In the past, I have taken faulty blower motor apart, and those little brushes were wore down to the nub. A bump can cause the brushes to make better contact, or lose contact in your case.
Could be other issues, the blower motor needs voltage and ground. Just my opinion.

What causes a 2006 Chevy impala 2 roar on the front

Under what conditions? Sitting stopped with engine running? Sitting stopped with engine OFF, transmission in park, but heater / AC blower running? Driving down a highway in a straight line? Driving on a highway, in a gradual curve? Driving in high winds, such as a tornado or hurricane? Driving BACKWARDS?

I hit a big bump and my ac went from blowing cold air to hot and wont get cold again. What could be the problem?

If you broke one of AC pipes/connectors then you've just lost all the coolant agent from the AC system. Get it checked at the garage (not cheap though)

Rotational grinding noise from front driver side (90' toyota pickup V6 automatic). grinds all the time when i get moving, sill stop for a second if i hit a bump, then start doing it again. ive alr

This sounds like the cover plate that's mounted on the side of the disk unit. It's normally fastened with two or three bolts and they do come loose at times. Could also be the actual disk pads that have worn down to metal, which will move away from the disk for a few seconds after hitting a bump.If so, make sure that your disks are not scoured as a result of metal on metal contact, whereby you would have to fit a new disk with the new pads.Check it out. Good luck.

A few possibilities.... bent rim, broken steel belt in tire, or a wheel weight that keeps the tire/wheel combination in balance has fallen off. Not sure how big the bump was, so other options would be suspension related. I would check the tire and/or wheel first.
