What you need to know is the lamp type and you can find that out at any auto parts store.

You might have cut a wire or it could have broken or disconnected. Try tracing the wiring where you hooked up the trailer you may find one broken or disconnected.

SOURCE: speedomerter and odometer are not working

You have a bad "speed sensor". It's located in the transmission. Your speedometer and odometer are not cable controlled, they are electronically controlled by your speed sensor.

SOURCE: 1996 chevy blazer tire size

stock is generally the 235/75r15, but if you can find someone to install them or do it yourself easily be able to run 31x10r15 for a little meatier look, this would involve a slight trim of the front skirt edge on some models or depending on your suspension. Any tire shop would easily be able to tell you stock tires or what would fit, but most major retailers (walmart, fleetfarm) will not install ANY tire not listed as factory. so you would have to find a private shop then.

1996 Chevy Blazer - I just noticed the clock light staying on. My battery is draining (just got a new battery already drained. truck has not been moved). What would cause the light to stay on and how do...

I highly doubt that the clock radio is drainng your battery. Check the under hood lamp, the glove box lamp, and if none of these lead you to the cause, the put a 12 volt test lamp between the battery neg, terminal( having removed it first) and the battery neg connector. If there is a draw, the lamp will light brightly. Remove fuses untill it goes very dim, and that will be the circuit that has the draw. Should be easy to narrow down after that! Good luck, and let me know what you find!

1996 Chevy S10 Hood Latch will not open

The best solution I've come across is a coat hanger used to pull on the cable from under the hood to get the latch to release. You can either place it through the grill or if there's room, just under the hood. Best of luck.

Turning signals not working

The way the system works is:
The fuse supplies 12 volts to the flasher unit then leaves the flasher and goes to the turn-signal switch in the steering column.
When you set the turn-signal switch to turn right or left, the switch sends that 12 volts to the front and rear bulbs. The voltage goes through the bulb, lighting the bulb and goes to ground.
If any of these components are not good than the lights will not work.
Check the fuse and make sure it is good, the fuse will be located under the hood at the fuse center.
Let me know if you have a test light and we can proceed from there.
Regards,
