The belts themselves look alright to a novice like me, so; I am speculating the tension valve? Haven't seen any oil leaks on the belts, but again I am a novice. What would be the least expensive thing to replace first.
Yes. Just don't use mechanic in a bottle belt dressing.. It just makes things worse.
Over time, belts get a glazing, slicker, or will stretch out some. Sometimes you need to replace the tensioner arm.
Since it typically is cheaper and quicker to replace the belt(s), I would do that first. If that doesn't fix the issue... the next potential problem would be the tensioner arm or pulley.

first thing i need to know is did the timing belt break?
second is are you sure you aligned the timing marks and after the belt tensioner was tight you rechecked to make sure the timing stayed where you had it.
next step would be a compression check to if a valve was bent whenchanging the belt
i have seen this happen and this engine is an interferance engine.

Have someone check the idle sensor. I had to have mine replaced along with another that I don't remember which one is was.

Make up an airline fitting that will screw into spark plug hole, or buy from autoparts , or tools supply place. You put compressed air in cylinder while changing, which holds valves in place.

You can try to re torque the bolts before you drop the pan and re place the gaskit if that is where your leak is coming from. Good luck and hope you don't have to drop the oil pan.

My guess, belt too loose. If squealing on the turn then power steering belt but if just on start, alternator belt.
