There are no do it yourself instructions that will work to reprogram the 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 Chrysler 200 remote head key keyless entry remote fobs (with or without remote start button) This remote must be programmed by a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge dealer or a pro locksmith.

Suspect inoperative blend door actuator/motor not working properly. There are several actuators attached to the heater box assembly that control air flow direction and heat/cold operation. Some are easily accessable while others are labor intensive to access.

It's supposed to on a scanner to read the temperature of the transmission fluid and it takes a special dip stick.

If it won't crank over the engine is seized (cooked), will need a new engine or rebuild, you could try a jump start (check battery condition if it starts) if not take it to a trusted mechanic.
If it cranks over, the electricals may need a reset, disconnect the negative lead of the battery for 30 seconds, careful, make sure you have your radio unlock code.
If this fails take to a trusted mechanic or auto electrician.
