My2010 Dodge Grand Caravan has 2wire going to the windshield washer fluid level sensor the new wiling connector I purchased has 4 wires ? How do you wire that ?

Removal Procedure
1.) Remove the washer solvent from the washer solvent container.
2.) Remove the air cleaner intake duct.
3.) Disconnect the washer pump electrical connector .
4.) Disconnect the washer hose from the washer pump.
5.) Disconnect the washer solvent level sensor electrical connector.
6.) Remove the washer solvent container screws.
7.) Remove the washer solvent container from the frame rail.



Installation Procedure: the reverse process of removal

When the windshield wiper / washer switch is turned to the OFF position while the wiper motor is somewhere in mid-cycle, the wiper motor module will continue to operate the wiper motor until the wipers reach the park position. If the ignition is turned off while the wipers are in mid-cycle, the wipers will stop immediately where they are. The wipers will park the next time the ignition is cycled to the ON position.

2. Test the windshield wiper switch signal 1 circuit for a short to voltage. Refer to Circuit Testing and to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Test the windshield wiper switch signal 2 circuit for a short to voltage. Refer to Circuit Testing and to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

The washer pump is located in the bottom of the washer fluid tank

I would look towards a wiring problem near or between the engine and the pump. I would also check the motor mounts. The engine will move as torque is applied and released, (accel, park, and decel). Perhaps a chaffed wire or a wire that is loosing contact due to stretching from the connector because of movement of the engine.

Isnt it still under warranty? i would take it to dealer if it is.

This indicates that your windshield washer fluid level is low. It's like the low fuel light, it gives you times to get some before you run out. If you check the washer fluid level and it is not low then the sensor is faulty.

One can get a repair kit that includes a new motor pump and wiring clips, or

one can get the original motor that plugs into the windshield wiper fluid reservoir.

Windshield wiper reservoir (gives idea of how to change the windshield wiper fluid pump motor) Removal & Installation To Remove:

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Raise and safely support the vehicle.
3. Remove the right front wheel and splash shield.
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the pumps and detach the rear washer hose.
5. Place a drain pan under the reservoir if it contains fluid.
6. Disconnect the front washer hose at the wiper unit in the engine compartment. NOTE: The front hose will be removed with the reservoir.
   
7. Let the fluid drain from the reservoir.
8. Remove the mounting screws and the reservoir.

To Install:

1. Install the fluid reservoir with the mounting screws.
2. Connect the front washer hose in the engine compartment.
3. Connect the electrical connectors and rear washer hose.
4. Install the splash shield.
5. Install the right front wheel.
6. Lower the vehicle.

I wouldn't think so, the windshield and rear window washer are operated with independent pumps in their respective reservoir. I would check fluid levels and washer fuse(s)

front pump motor may have come out of washer bottle it is only held in by the seal no bolts

check you rear wiper motor and make sure there fluid going to the motor
