Tom, keep in mind that SOME check engine light codes will disable the cruise control until that problem is fixed. Once fixed, the cruise control will work again. The code that kept disabling my Trailblazer cruise control was P0107, was a faulty MAP sensor. Again, not ALL codes will disable it.

HOWEVER ... I do not think there is an associated fuse for cruise control. That function is totally run from your on board computer (ECM). What can make the cruise not work is if any fault codes have occurred... Has your check engine light come on?
Some people with the same problem (that do not have an OBDll scanner to read or clear codes) disconnected their battery to reset the ECM. The cruise control then worked .... but if the root cause of the fault is not fixed ... then the same thing will likely happen again

there are 4 fuses that are used to power up different parts of the cruse system all are in the inside fuse box ( under the left side of the dash ) fuse #32 10amp, fuse #27 10amp, fuse #17 15amp, fuse #38 15amp, the main unit fuse is the #32.
