Maybe I am missing something, I can't find the location of Aux. Battery in the owner's manual. Can you please give me the page number or any other information to identify the exact location of the Aux. Battery. Thanks.

I looked through the owner's manual myself and you are correct about the lack of definitive location info. I would ask the dealer in person, with the car, for that info. sorry I was not more helpful

Is it true that after changing the Aux. Battery you need to have the Dealer synchronize the battery in the Car computer system. The Dealer service dept. told me that I can change the Aux. Battery but it won't be recognized by the car computer system till the battery information is updated and synchronized in the car's computer system.

I would think it's a bit early for a USB port, and if there was one it would be in an obvious location, check the drivers manual

, it needs replaced, your car has a small auxilliary battery located behing the main battery located under the right front seat in a 'well' this battery purpose is to operate the electric shifter back to park if the main battery dies.

there are two auxillary power sockets. The console aux power socket is protected by fuse #4 in the battery junction box. The second aux socket located in the rear is protected by fuse #1 in the battery junction box. Both fuses are 20 amp fuses. The battery junction box is the fuse box located under the hood, usually on the driver side.

on the r/h side floor area by your right foot if you are sitting in the truck is a side cover. thas where the harnesses are for the hitch. they are hidden behind the cover. you should see a small harness with relays. thats the harness.
