No use what's in there, but have the engine de-carboned by a Ford dealer, or remove the octane adjust shorting bar located near the ignition module (retards timing 2 degrees), this will in most cases cure the issue unless there is allot of carbon in the cylinders. There are also methods of ing this de-carbon procedure at home, check on the internet for tips.

SOURCE: Crown Vic will turn over but not start

first do you hear your fuel pump running? if you don't more then likely the relay may have went bad. second check your connection to your coil's..make sure there clean and tight..and getting back to the fuel problem if you hear your pump running then it could be the fuel filter clog...try this and let me know....

My 05 Crown Vic LX is misfiring Cylinder 1 2 and 3.

Your next step would be to check for injector pulse (signal at injector) and are the injectors working. Is the miss while driving, at idle, under load, or decell? What codes are u getting?

I'M NOT GETTING FUEL TO THE INJECTORS ON A 85 CROWN VIC . THE FUEL PUMP AND THE RELAY HAVE BENN REPLACED WHATS THE NEXT STEP/

You will only get fuel at the injectors when cranking, the pump wont run(Usually) with just the key on. This is to prevent the pump running in a crash and feeding the engine.

Maybe your problem is with the one or many injectors, if just one is bad, you will have problems. Get yourself a multimeter and set it to read in ohms and find what spec the injectors should be at. If out of spec, then you need to replace that one injector(s).

1988 crown vic fuel injector harness both contacts lite up

sounds like your PCM might be bad if it is not supplying correct voltage to fuel injector.

Also, the fuel injector itself may be bad or bad ground.

Does it have throttle body injection on that crown vic?

I would visually check for spark at the plugs, to make sure spark is getting to the plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse.

I have a 98 Crown Vic, It feels like it has a

Maybe, Ford motors are sensitive to airflow changes, a slow responding MAF can cause delayed signals to real world conditions. An UNDERreporting MAF will ENLEAN the fuel charge as delivered to the injectors. This can feel like or perceived to be a misfire/coil problem, BUT ONLY UNDER A LOAD. Check all PCM inputs, condition of components. What is more logical: EIGHT (8) coils OR EIGHT (8) injectors failing AT THE SAME TIME? I would look at a single component scenario insteadwise, fuel pump? ACT sensor? TPS? EGR solenoids? MAF?

1999 crown vic keeps getting air locked at the fuel rail?

check your fuel pressure
if you dont have enough pressure this will happen
when the fuel pressure is good the system will just push the air out through the injectors or the fuel return line
