SOURCE: no tail lights or I/P lights. Need location of fuse.
the fuse pannel should be under the dash by your left leg ,or on the side panel by your left shin.hope this helps.
SOURCE: change thermostat
Make sure engine is colled down... do not attempt when engine has been run recently.
If you have the 3.1 engine, it will be on the driver side of the car below the throttle body. Just follow the radiator hose to the engine
block and you will find it.
Disconnect the radiatior hose. There will be two bolts holding the radiator hose mount. Take the bolts out. Remove the thermostat.
Make sure both the surface of the engine block and radiator mount are clean. You may need to scrape any remaining pieces of the old gasket off so when you put your new thermostat and gasket on, you'll have a clean and tight fit. Follow directions in new thermostat box. Put it all back together the way it came off. Refill any coolant you lost in the process.

why not just replace the turn signal switch must faster and safer . buy one from your local parts house then you can see its not that easy to install but you can do it with a little help
SOURCE: The brake lights wont work. The brake light over
the break light wire on the lumina runs through the blinker switch or multifunction switch on the colum.. check there as well as at the tail light sockets. on the late 90s gm cars the sockets had a tendancy to rot away... use a test light at the brake light wire in the trunk and have a friend apply the break. if there is power then may have to get new tail lights. or replacement bulbs.

All you need is a new brake light switch which is mounted by the brake pedal
