If both front indicators fail and power is available - my first thought would be what they have in common - and that is the earth connection (neutral). Try a patch lead to the bulb's earth connection from a good earth (the battery - terminal). If the bulb then works you know it's the earth.

If not confirm there is power going to the bulb - use a multi-meter or an external bulb linked to a good earth.
Now you will KNOW there is power going to the indicator unit and the problem is after that - most likely a poor communal earth.
Hope this helps.

SOURCE: wing mirror indicator not working

I changed mine a few years ago (2005 Sharan). Price of the LED part was ~£20 from the main dealer. Biggest problem was taking the mirror unit apart. I spent ages removing the mirror then seperating the parts. Later some ne'r-do-well knocked into the mirror on a bike, folding it towards the front of the car, and it all just came apart in such a way as to make changing the indicator easy!

Where is the turn signal flasher on the 2008 Buick enclave

More than likely the problem in in the turn signal switch and not the flasher. But first, make sure that the bulbs are good. One bad one will keep the other from working, Using the emergency flasher, see if they are all working.

The left turn signal only works part time, even the hazard flasher on the left side only works part time. the truck is a 2005 chevy 1500

Both front an back signals ? You would need to look at a wiring diagram to see what or if these circuits have anything in common . Probably both of these have a different ground point , looking at a wiring diagram i see the front ground is G100 an the rear is grounded at G302 .

Turn Signal/Hazard Lamps
The IGN E 10-amp fuse in the underhood fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the turn signal/hazard switch assembly. The FLASH 25-amp fuse in the instrument panel (I/P) fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the turn signal/flasher module and ground is supplied at G200. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the LEFT or RIGHT position, a voltage signal is completed from the turn signal switch to the turn sign/flasher module. When the hazard flasher switch is activated, a ground signal is completed from the turn signal/hazard switch to the turn sign/flasher module. The turn sign/flasher module then sends an on-off voltage signal through the LT TRLR, RT TRLR, LT TURN or RT TURN 10-amp fuses in the I/P fuse block to the appropriate turn signal or to all 4 fuses for hazard operation. The instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicators receive voltage from the LT TURN and RT TURN fuses as well as the driver door module (DDM)/passenger door module (PDM) for the mirror turn signals. The DDM/PDM has no function or control of the mirror turn signals other that a pass through connection for the circuits. The audio chime is also activated when the turn signals are ON. When the hazard switch is pressed, all turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn indicators. The front turn signals are grounded at G100. The rear turn signals are grounded at G401. The Mirror turn signals are grounded by the DDM/PDM.

Possably the turn sign/flasher module is going bad .

I have 2008 chevy express, the turn signals flash fast, but not able to find a flasher unit. I have checked grounds, bulbs and fuses, all are good

The BCM - body control module controls turn signals . There is no flasher unit . Your best bet would be to take your vehicle to the dealer !
Turn Signal Lamps
The BCM 3, BCM 5, and BCM 6 fuses located in the underhood fuse block supply battery voltage to the body control module (BCM) for turn signal, hazard lamp, and stop lamp operation. Voltage from the BCM 5 fuse used for the front and rear left turn signals, voltage from the BCM 3 for the right front turn signal, while voltage from the BCM 6 fuse is used for the right rear turn signal. When the turn signal switch is place in either the LEFT or RIGHT position, ground from G303 is applied through the turn signal switch signal circuit to the BCM indicating the turn signal request. In response to this signal, the BCM applies a pulsating voltage to the front and rear turn signal lamps supply voltage circuits cycling the lamps ON and OFF. The BCM also sends a message via GMLAN to the instrument panel cluster (IPC) to cycle the turn signal indicator ON and OFF depending on the position of the turn signal switch.

Ignition ON, observe the scan tool Left Turn Signal Switch parameter while using the turn signal/multifunction switch to turn the left turn signal ON and OFF. The reading should change between Active and Inactive.

My left turn signal recently stopped working. Before ceasing to work, the turn signal (just the left) would blink very rapidly (machine gun speed).

sounds like one of light bulbs was malfunctioning and caused the flasher unit to blink rapidly and iy burned out. Replace front and rear turn lite bulbs and see if flasher flashes. if not check fuse and replace fuse. If fuse okay replace flasher unit. Good luck

Audi A4 2002 Low beams & Right front turn signal stopped working

For Audi A4 the fuse box is located on the left side of dashboard behind a plastic cover (for left hand steering wheel vehicle). On inner face of the plastic cover you will find the fuse diagram.
First fuse on first row from left upper corner is Fuse Nr.20 = F20 (15A) - RH headlamp low beam, headlamp adjustment.
First fuse on second row from left upper corner is Fuse Nr.21 = F21 (15A) - LH headlamp low beam, headlamp adjustment.

1993 Dodge Shadow...left turn signal won't flash

If the fuses are good and the front and rear bulbs are good, change the flasher for the turn signals, even tho the right is working. If that doesn't fix the problem, it might be in the turn sgnal switch on the steering column.
If both bulbs are good for the backup lights and fuses are good, then the backup light switch, which is screwed into the side of the transmission has to bad.
