I have a 2004 Toyota Avalon. When I put the headlights in the "ON" position; I can barely see the dash lights! Is this a problem with a fuse, the lights behind the dash or the dimmer switch
I am thinking that most toyotas are similar in many areas. I just replaced the light on my avalon.
You pull gently on the boot.(need to pop the hood). Then you twist the terminalls gently but with some force a quater turn or so and it should come out. replace with new bulb without touching bulb with bare fingers. That should do it.
o easy enough just jack frontcar up use jackstand for safety now loo up under the bumper where fog lights sit depending on style fog light u might need to pull the whole assembly out or just twist the bulb not a hard task once u see it from underneath it is pretty easy
