Did you or replace the throw out bearing ? Or the clutch has to be adjusted. does it have a hydraulic clutch ? These have to be bleeded like the master cylinder of the brake sytem.

hello with your clutch problem if its a hydraulic clutch i cant help you but if its a cable clutch either your cable has snapped or you might of snapped your clutch fork. common problem in holdens also

In a manual 2001 Hyundai Accent, the clutch cable could be adjusted. The adjustment point is on the cable 'pad' where it enters the firewall in the engine compartment.
To adjust, the slack or free play must be decreased. This is done by turning the adjusting nut clockwise. Check back by pressing on the clutch pedal to your preference.

Check the brake fluid in the clutch slave cylinder it may be low or the slave cylinder which activates the clutch may be bad, if the resevoir is empty when checked the air must be purged out or bled out of the hydraulic line, you may want to buy a haynes repair manual for the car to have a step by step guide real time to service the hydraulic clutch slave cylinder.
