It's under the right side of the instrument panel .
Remove the right side instrument panel I/Pinsulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
Reposition the BCM aside. Refer to Body Control Module Replacement in Body Control System.
Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.

SOURCE: fan motor for cooling rear of 2003 pilot not operating

Center console need not be removed. Right side kick panel needs to be popped out, exposing the fan motor assebly. There are 3 screws securing the assembly to the duct. Remove the screws using a flathead screwdriver, unplug the unit and pull it out. The challenge will be finding a replacement motor, as they are not sold anywhere other than the dealerships (at an outrageous price)

2003 Alero, heater blower only works on the two highest position?

The blower motor is located on the passenger side of the vehicle next to the blower motor. Run the fan on high and listen for the blower motor location if in question. The resistor will be mounted into the heater case and held in by two screws.
