SOURCE: I have a 2006 Cadillac
Hi.
In the 2004-2006 model the lighter is under the hood, fuse is 22 or 23, and it is marked Aux or Cig.
The rear lighter instead should be the fuse F23 (20A) if present. The fuse is under the rear seat, and it is indicated as CIG/AUX/Power sockets.

The lighter it self is a coil they will burn out. very inexpensive to replace.
But if they all went out at the same time then that's a different issue

You will find all the fuses under the back seat driver side.

I know in my 06 CTS I had the same problem with the cigarette lighter. It came unclasped. Simply Take the complete part out (the piece with the ashtray and the cigarette lighter together and there is a plug there, make sure it is plugged in. They easily come unplugged because of the constant opening and closing of the component itself. I hope this helps on the DTS model.
