Very common problem due to bad solder joints. Remove gauge cluster and send it to a rebuilder. COsts about $200 and they totally rebuild it

it is located in the gas tank.It is called fuel pump module which includes fuel pump,sending unit for gauge and strainer.It can also be replaced separately.You have to lower gas tank to access.

Hay Guys I was rackin my Brain for 4 Weeks with my Van with the Same Problams and Crysler told me CLUSTER well Guess what I may be Female But I found the Problam and I have Fixed 8 Other Caravans it is the COMPUTER the Computer is havin Issues Now u can Go and Buy one BRAND NEW waste of Cash go to your Local Wreckers and get a Used one I did cost me 35 Bucks and My van is Like new I went threw the New Ground New Cluster and New Ignition WASTE OF CASH go buy your self a Used Computer from the Wreckers

These vehicles seem to have a problematic short, my grandfather has the same vehicle with the same problem, i found the short under the carpet on the driver side of the vehicle, under the gas pedal, sometimes wires can crack and break.

the clockspring in the steering column needs replacing I beleive there was a recall for that call the dodge dealer with your serial number to see if it was done on yours. you never know you may get it repaired for free.
