Need to test knock sensor circuit on a 2012 chevy 2500 hd 6.0L need wirring diagram

The camshaft position sensor on a 2012 Ram 2500 with a 5.7L Hemi engine is located on the front of the engine, near the timing cover. The sensor is responsible for detecting the position of the camshaft and relaying this information to the engine control module (ECM).
To access the wiring diagram for the camshaft position sensor, you will need to consult the service manual for your vehicle. The wiring diagram will provide you with the location and function of each wire in the camshaft position sensor circuit.

No a knock sensor can not make a misfire. Check the coils, plugs and fuel pressure .The random misfires are cause the knock sensor to throw the code.

Code 327 is a problem with the knock sensor circuit.
Code 304 is for a cylinder miss on number 4.
The knock sensor circuit would need to be tested, and you would need to figure out what is missing on cylinder 4. Spark, fuel, or compression.

Did you check the park fuses, note the diagram, rr and lr. Use a test light to check voltage at fuse circuit, headlamp switch on. That should tell us if problem is before the fuse or after.
You always want to check voltage and ground circuits, for lamps. Do the front park lamps work?

Hi, the knock sensor helps the computer optimize ignition timing and yet avoid detonation. When the sensor fails, the computer defaults to a timing that is less fuel efficient. Replacing a knock sensor is usually easy, provided there is access under the engine. Depending on which engine you have, it's usually centered on the block just below the cylinder head. There is one sensor on each side, and the trouble code should have indicated bank 1 (driver's side) or bank 2 (passenger's side).
