What is VBC? Ah, probably Variable Blower Control? my guess you got wires crossed, or a short around the control or even direct short to hot (12vdc) wire. Double check your work, wire connections. Instructions? with the new? double check.

What you are experiencing is the safety mode being activated, when there is an obstruction or resistance the window stops and reverses! Check for an obstruction in the window channel.

Some cars have an anti theft that cuts the initial fuel off, the will run for a little Until you restart and then it won't start

sounds like a transmission solenoid switch to me but have read by scanner if its this it will have a stored code and the computer also controls the shifting on most newer vehicles. but take it to a parts place like autozone or advance they will read it for you for free.hope this helps
