Brake lights not turning off when mini cooper is turned off

Your Brake pedal spring is not pulling the pedal up far enough to push the brake light switch button back in. You may need a stronger spring or possibly just that the spring is un-hooked under dash. Pull up on the pedal and lights should go out.

Steering wheel does not return on turns

jack up the front of the car and see how difficult it is to turn the steering wheels from lock to lock. Allowing for the steering box resistance they should turn freely once you have established movement. If you have power steering you may have to disconnect from the box. What you are looking for here is binding ball joints or king pin bearings . If you are happy that there is no appreciable resistance then have a wheel alignment done paying attention to castor settings as this is what gives the self centring affect to steering. The bigger the angle the harder to turn but the quicker it returns . AS the wheels are turned the vehicle is lifted up because of the angle and when the wheel is let go the vehicle drops back down and so spins the wheel back to centre.. If you have leaf springs in the front I would be checking out the spring camber AS this problem comes from sagging leaf springs turning the axle forward and so putting the castor in negative territory.

Winkers does not turn off automatically

the indicator unit under the steering wheel has a spring loaded section that hits a pin on the wheel so that when you turn back the pin hits the spring section and pulls the lever to the central position. You may have to remove the wheel and replace this section or switch.

When i turn the key it just stays in the position i put doesn't spring back. Seems the starter is not getting any power cause wont turn over either

If memory serves, Chrysler products do have higher-than-average failures on their ignition switches so it may be due for replacement.

Air bag light comes on in my 2005 Pacifica?

ok this is due to a broken clock spring ,, its a common problem.. fix is listed below.. ps you will need to have a diagnostic tool, a key and a bit of experience ,, if you dont I suggest you get a maechanic to do it for you, the procedure is complicated a bit..
Firstly purchase a new clock spring for your vehicle.. (the clock spring is a device that fits in the steering that turns with it. It provides power to your air bags.
DISCONNECT BATTERY TERMINALS

TURN STEERING ALL THE WAY TO THE LEFT

1993 Toyota Corolla rear brakes

While you have the lower spring compressed, reach behind the backing plate and turn the pin to line it up to the slot, instead of turning the spring. Good luck. Hope this helps.

When turning on car turn key all the way nothing happens, then I turn back the key jiggle it then turn it on again it starts up. Told it was the ignition switch, trying to find info. on how to replace this...

On the back of the ignition switch is a plastic casing which retains a spring to return your key to the correct position once the car has started. The plastci casing wears and the spring does not work sufficiently. You need to replace the ignition switch casing/back end.
