2006 Chevy Malibu LTZ. Both right and left blinker lights on dash flash quickly when engaged. Both front blinkers work correctly. Both rear blinkers do not flash when engaged but actually appear to be stuck on.
Your brake light switch is faulty,replace it.

check all the wiring for that light and if u have power in all that mean you may have replace the wrong type bulb

Replace your "flasher relay, also know as a "blinker relay".Your local auto part store should carry them.

did you try to replace the bulb in the back normally when it blinks fast like that its just the bulb and its doulbe film thats why the brake and blinker dont work
