Here are some possible causes for this error code:
1) Transfer case shift control module is bad (most likely)
2) 4WD low signal circuit has a short to ground
3) 4WD low signal circuit has an open
4) PCM is bad (least likely)

Go to Walmart to automotive and they have a tube,it's black on outside,gray in middle,you have to kneed it,mix it up,then apply over hole,it will dry hard as steel,about 4.00.
