P0607 - Control Module Performance
Description:
Indicates that the powertrain control module (PCM) internal central processing unit (CPU) has encountered an error. The PCM monitors itself and carries out internal checks of its own CPU. If any of these checks returns an incorrect value, the DTC is set.

Reprogram or update the calibration. Check for other DTCs or drive symptoms for further action. Make sure to check for aftermarket performance products before installing a new PCM. If it is necessary to install a new PCM, refer to Section 2, Flash Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM) .
P2004 - Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) Stuck Open (Bank 1)
Description:
This DTC is set when the IMRC is commanded closed, but the IMRC monitor indicates open. This DTC replaces P1518 and P1537.
Possible Causes:
Diagnostic Aids:
Monitor the IMRC and IMRCM PIDs. The IMRCM state should change when the IMRC is commanded open or closed.

P2107 - Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Module Processor
Description:
The electronic throttle control (ETC) area of the powertrain control module (PCM) failed the self-test. The concern could be the result of an incorrect throttle position (TP) command, or TAC motor wires shorted together.

A TAC motor circuit PID reading may indicate a concern, if available.

power loss or stall problem and you also have B1676 code which your break lump or ABS Lamp indicators is on thats why when you press accelerator you dont get power sometimes has but mostly not meaning to say your car dont event go far ^_^ try to reset the code if not check the b1676 code which is regarding sensors= problem solve

code p 2004 refers to intake manifold air control actuator , bank 1---actuator stuck open or for second case --solenoid stuck open====causes --wiring---intake manifold air control actuator---intake manifold air actuator solenoid---mechanical fault
I would suggest checking the free movement of the actuator and then replacing the solenoid
