Sounds like you have a problem with the alarm system. Does it beep, or blow at a steady keel? If it beeps, alarm, if it blows steady, look for a stuck horn pad.

With out being able to see it sounds like you have a misadjusted or broken park lock cable. there is a cable that locks shifter in park unless Brake pedal is depressed. So if you are pressing the brake and can not shift into a gear. that would be the first place I would check
