I have a Lexus RX 350 with a hitch. I can't get the lights to my trailor to work becuase I have been told my Lexus doen't have a converter box. Does anyone know where I can get a schematic or trailer towing diagram?

If you mean can the vehicle be equipped with a hitch unit and modified so that it can tow loads yes, it can. In most cases you have to get a special hitch, usually a low profile receiver type hitch and a transmission cooler if it's not already equipped with one. If it has a transmission cooler already they will put a heavy duty one in instead of the light duty one that more than likely came with the vehicle.
You may have a tow hitch but no wire harness? You gotta buy a trailor wire harness kit and may need a professional to hook it up because there are a lot of wires to deal with. Normally the hookup it mounted near the hitch it self, but my guess is you don't have one.
