On the 2002 GA the cigarette lighter is mini-fuse # 34. This is also referred to as the "accessory power outlets".It's a yellow twenty amp fuse located in the underhood fuse box. Open the box, find the fuse, remove it and replace it.In the fuse box under the hood, marked AUX PWR/CIGAR..... If you have the owners manual it will tell you what number is the cigarette lighter fuse

did you check the fuse box? take the cover off on fuse box and look what fuse correspond the to the horn and check if is good, if doesnt work also take your horn off and check it
