From your owners manual:

Fuse#11 30A , Wiper Run/Park
Relay, Wiper Hi/LO Relay, Windshield Wiper
Motor, Rear Washer Pump Relay

U will also need to check the relays if the fuse is ok, the relay, it is the underhood fuse box
Relay #202 — Front Wiper Run/Park Relay

Depends on the engine, if its a M62, its under the hood, torwards the front drivers side. 9e6fcd7.jpgIf it a N62, it is on the underside of the vehicle, next to the oil drain plug. Its the black plastic housing with a 6mm allen bolt in it(thats used to drain the oil out before removal)25e2e14.png

SOURCE: How many windshield washer pumps does a 2005 BMW

Most have 2, one for front and one for back they are same part numbers and can be swapped, there is sometimes a third one for headlights. They are located behind the washer fluid canister, very simple to replace no tools necessary just unplug the pump, pull the hose of (carefully) and pull it straight up then out.

Check fuses again this time with a test light, both sides of fuse should light with key turned to on check all fuses not just the one.make sure you check fuses under hood if applicable and in passenger compartment. If you have never used keys in locks they may need to be lubercated.

Windshield wipers quit working in my BMW x5 2000

The first thing i would do would be check the fuses. Look in your owners manual for where the different fuses that might control your windshield wipers.There may be more than one. Check these fuses. If you cannot tell if it is blown by looking at it, check the fuses using a voltmeter set to read continuity.
