Turn the key to on. (Do Not Start)
Turn the signal to left or right . If it work then listen to the sound that the flasher make and look for. (It's locate where the sound comes from)

The flashers are timed thru the hazzard switch. The hazzard switchneeds replaced. As for your other problems, has to be a body control module. The dealer will need to program this peice, as it holds the miles.

youturn signal flasher is part of the hazzard switch located in the center of the dash above the radio. the trim piece around the radio and the climate controls pops off using a small flat bladed scewdriver.

center of dash.
