The baffle plate has come out of my Lilyking 667 Boiler stove. I can't get it to go back in - a piece of fire cement has also dropped out - though the supplier said that it just sits in.

Can anyone help with how to refit it? I have rested it on the ledge but it just drops back down again

Two possibilities 1: wrong water pump (serpentine belts run water pump in the opposite direction as V belts). So make sure you have the right one. Check box that pump was in and or check at the store you bought it at, Look over the shoulder of counter person and look at computer screen yourself. 2: thermostat put in up-side down, copper nob and spring of stat should be inside of engine so that you can not see it.

SOURCE: ok someone please help me

fuel pump is a likely cause as it will run fine when cold and once it heats up it loses powers muffles backfires and dies.

Just replaced fuel pump on my 1998 honda cr-v. did everything by the book and now my fuel gauge doesn't read full

The float is probably stuck on a baffle. Unfortunately, I think you will need to remove it and make sure the float moves freely.

I need to put a new baffle plate in my 2100 coonara wood heater and cant find anything on internet bout how to do it

Try MFG website, or email their customer service. Also try the replacement part via Ebay. May have instructions with the plate.or do you already have the plate? If so go back to the seller and ask for the install instructions. (usually they come with the part)

How to change a ford falcon ba xr8 clutch, step by step process

Basic steps: Get the car off the ground - use cement blocks. Drop the drive shaft. Unbolt the transmission - disconnect all the levers - move it to the rear. Unbolt the pressure plate and remove. The clutch plate then can be removed. You will need an alignment tool to replace the clutch and pressure plates. Get a new clutch plate - have your pressure plate machined or replaced. Reverse the procedure. If you need more detail ... get a motors repair book from your library or auto parts store that covers your model. You may need to replace the motor mounts. You may have to prop up the back of the engine.

WHAT IS THE REASON FOR BAFFLE PLATE IN OIL PAN AND DOES IT NEED TO BE PUT BACK IN AFTER REMOVE I DAMAGED MINE WHILE TAKEN OUT

The baffle plate serves a couple of purposes including reducing oil slosh during turns. More importantly it adds to the stiffness of the block and is a necessary component and will need to be replaced.

Pressure plate broke into 6 pieces.

extensive heat to the clutch from slipping dropping the clutch pedal from burn outs etc. yes the clutch exploded and the springs got wedged in between the pressure plate causing it to break.

Vehicle won't start sometimes but if you shake the battery it kicks lights on and off then may start. Have gone through on tighting the bolts on the side mount of the battery.

sounds like your battery has a short and needs replaced. a battery is made up of lead covered plates and acid. the plates will corode over time dropping pieces to the bottom. if the pieces are large enough the cross plate to plate causing a short.

Sagging headliner

If you can get at the headliner, usually a piece of trim or screws, peel back a small section at the edge and see what it is fastened to. Its probably a piece of cardboard or something similar. If so just pick up a spray can of contact cement or some rubber cement and glue the sagging piece back in place. Don't get too carried away with the glue or it will look "hard" when it dries. Hope this helps.
