Ok no problem. first off unhook the possitive on the battery. then find the belt tensioner. there should be a sqaure hole in it for a rachet to go into. use the rachet(usually the 3/8's drive)to move the tensioner to where you can slip the belt off the alternator. then remove the nut off the back of the alternator to take the hot wire off. Then there is a plug on the back of the alternator. unplug it. next take the three bolts out of it and remove it. then put the new one on and repeat steps in reverse. If you have problems with how the belt goes back on then look around the engine bay. usually there will be a sticker with how it goes.
