My Buick Allure 2007 has just started to turn on the seat belt light even though the only person in the vehicle is the driver and the belt is securely in place. It beeps occasionally when travelling.

Either there is weight on the other seat or it is shorting out. Try clipping all the seat belt(s) closed and if this 'fixes' the light problem try with undoing the belts one at a time and driving it that way. When the problem comes back then that will be the belt circuit that is the problem. Check for worn cables, loose connections etc.

Seat Belt Indicator flashes and beeps randomly

If I remember correctly there is a sensor in the seatbelt buckle. It might have worked its' way loose and your leg motions might be moving it enough to open or ground the circuit. Might be a good idea to check and see if something fell into the latch area, too.

How to disable seat belt warning beeps?

First... You should have your passengers wear the seat belts but if you insist you can find the wire going to the seat belt buckle and unplug it under the seat.

Where is the location for seat belt light fuse in a 1990 ford thunderbird

Removing a fuse is not the correct way to repair that. You need to diagnose your seat belt warning system and repair it accordingly.

My 1998 Dodge Caravan will periodically beep four times in succession while driving. Does anyone what this indicates? Thanks

There are a number of things that can cause this beeping to happen. Problems in the Air Bag system, Seat Belts, Low Fuel, door or trunk Ajar, Low Washer fluid, Parking Brake on, Going too fast, Turn Signal On, Key-In Ignition, Exterior Lamps ON, Warning Lamp Announcement, or Transmission Over Temperature. You can try the self test to see if there are any codes stored in the computer, if needed.

1. Cycle the ignition key On - Off - On - Off - On within 5 seconds.

2. Count the number of times the Engine light flashes. The number of flashes represents the code. There is a slight pause between the flashes representing the first and second digits of the code. All codes are 2 digits. There are longer pauses separate individual two digit trouble codes.

Is there a way to turn off the beeping noise that happens when the seat belt is not buckled on a 2007 Tundra?

Easiest and smartest way would be to buckle your safety belt:)

If your like my grandmother and swear that it will keep you stuck in your vehicle when you need to get out fast, then you can unhook the pressure sensor in the drivers seat that recognizes when there is weight on the seat and no seat belt buckled.

I am in that vehicle with the seat belt on. when after a few minutes later, the seat belt light came on flashing and beeping

does the light flash and beep if you're not sitting on the seat and have the seatbelt plugged in.. if it does, then it's the little sensor relay that is in the anchor that the sealtbelt goes into...
