sometimes if the steering wheel is locked it won't come out of park try applying on the brakes and at the same time move the wheel back and forth and if this does not work and you have tilt it may be a problem in the steering column

There should be a decal on the bottom side of your hood, or somewhere in the engine compartment. If there isn't just put it on the crankshaft (bottom pulley) and go ribs to ribs, and flats to flats, and work your way around.

ck the alt. output should be around 13/14 volts

Inside the fuse box ,it's a PCB relay - printed circuit board relay , non replaceable according to GM . They want you to replace the whole fuse / Relay box . Buy a used fuse/relay box at the auto salvage yard .

Which fuse controls the chime and turn signal sounds in a 2006 monte Carlo. I don't have either one of these sounds and was thinking that maybe I need to check the fuse that controls them.

The chime is integrated into the Body Control Module (BCM) and can't be disabled without turning off everything that the BCM controls, windows, wipers, security etc.

what blower you talking about.if ac blower your blower relay stuck close. your monte carlo has a super charger blower also.
