What does it take to replace the front wheel bearings on a 2003 Tiburon

the front wheel bearings on your car are not sold except as a front wheel hub assembly with the bearing pre-installed, they run about $100.00 each, to replace them requires no special tools, all u do is remove the wheel, the brake caliper and the brake rotor and the hub nut, then the hub just slides off, u will most likely need a very large socket for the hub retaining nut.

How do i change the back brakes on a 2006 tiburon

Disk Brakes - remove two 14mm bolts which mount the caliper to the rear hub assy. Remove the caliper. Remove the phillips screw which holds the rotor to the hub. Machine the rotor and reinstall on the hub & reinstall the phillips screw. Reinstall the caliper and remove one of the caliper hinge pin (sliding pin) 14mm bolts. Flip the caliper out of the way and replace the pads and anti-rattle springs. Recompress the caliper piston all the way back into its cylinder. Flip the caliper back into position and reinstall the 14mm bolts. Of course, you need to purchase the replacement pads and w/anti-rattle springs.

Can not get the rotors off my 97 hyundai tibaron

Hyundai Tiburon 96-01 uses a outer hub system. To replace front rotors. You'll need front bearings as well. The bearing and hub will need to be pressed out of the spindal. Then replacement of bearing will need to be pressed in. From a shop.Or they can use a slide hammer to remove ,but damages the bearing. Best to buy bearing and have cash for an alignment job too. Then replace front rotors. Rotor and hub install is ez after you get bearing pressed.Rear rotor and bearing are bolt on though.

Change front wheel bearings

u will need to remove the brake cailper and the the brake rotor, then the hub retaining nut, that is a large metric nut, the bearing and hub must come off, then u will need to take this hub to a machine shop or the dealer and have the new bearing pressed in.

2003 Hyundai Tiburon Gt rear brakes

hi not conversant with the tiberon in uk but will try to help ? if you remove the rear wheel then look at the brake disc (rotor) most hyundai rear discs on uk models are secured to the rear hub by 2x screws posidrive or tork heads ? if this is so on yours then no problem you will have to remove the caliper first from the carrier 2xbolts h/brake off then undo 2xbolts securing caliper carrier tosuspension stub assy your disc /s are most probably vented discs? or may be standard discs? remove the screws then you may have to hit disc from behind with hammer to jolt free as they are sometimes rusted on due to high temps and rain ideal conditions to create rust as you prob know? re assemble is reverse hope this helps ?
