There are a number of Online Salvage sites which ship by FEDEX or UPS. A car with the engine trashed or a front collision would still have a good trunk motor.
The window problem is a broken Regulator. The window motor drives a gear which moves a Plastic Regulator that has teeth. Usually it is better to get a new part. There are aftermarket parts for it and Autozone or Oreillys can help you. A glass shop can install it while you wait in under an hour.

There is a switch near the latch thats attached to the body of the car. It connects directly to the motor for the latch. This is the number one cause of this problem.
You could check the motor operation by removing the switch (1 Torx screw & pull it up). Then connecting 12 volt leads to the 2 contacts on the motor itself. One way it should move up the other it should go down. The 3 wire connector has both positive and negative 12 volts. The polarity switches from the position of the switch on the trunk lid by the latch.
The switch is about $30 on eBay and the switch and motor are about $150. Search for trunk pulldown switch for availability and pictures.
