SOUNDS LIKE THE BEARING PACKING IS STARTING TO LEAK IN THE WATER PUMP. YOUR ONLY SOLUTION IS TO REPLACE THE PUMP. IF YOU GET UNDERNEATH AND LOOK UP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WATER PUMP YOU WILL SEE A SMALL WEEP HOLE AND THERE YOU WILL SEE THE WATER COMING OUT TO VERIFY IT IS YOUR WATER PUMP AND NOT ANOTHER ISSUE.

It's a bad bearing in the water pump and since the its a OEM part and installed by the dealer it will be under warranty, you should take it back to the dealer where the work was done.

When you replace the water pump you have to loosen the bolts that also go though the timing chain cover. This have to be removed and the gasket behind it replaced as well as two water pump gaskets. Check all your clamps (best to use new ones) first, but you may be having gasket problems between the pump, pump backing plate, timing chain cover and engine block.
