Hello Hugh Burnette,
If you have one... which is NOT NECESSARILY SO...
It would be somewhere between the battery and the
fuel pump...
Pretty non-specific
(but your question DEMANDS that response)...
If you had included year, make, model... engine
(relative situation, history)... one of our MANY highly
SKILLED VOLUTEERS here on FIXYA could
easily recognize your trouble & offer a quick and
inexpensive solution (legions of them).
Staying strictly on your own (secret make/model)...
If you wish an EXCELLENT FREE wiring source
(Schematic Drawings & Technical Service Bulletins
(TSBs)) can be found on BBB Industries website
at
BBB Industries Premium Alternators Starters Power Steering Products
Registration is required as these are REAL documents.
Also a look at your part might help... For that I use
ROCKAUTO's quite extensive online catalog...
(also for USA market vehicles)... You will ultimately
have to DISCLOSE your vehicles NOMENCLATURE...
RockAuto Parts Catalog
Because they can not read minds EITHER.
Good luck with the relay... Hope this helps.

SOURCE: location of fuel pump relay on e-450 v-10?
The Fuel pump relay is in the Power Distribution Box under the hood, it is relay K. If it is the fuse then fuse 17 in the PDB.
It could also be the cut off switch, which is either under the dash above the brake pedal or behind the passenger kick panel

if not under the bonnet in the fuse box,, try under the steering wheel side of the dash,,,
SOURCE: fuel pump relay for a 1994 Chevy Truck WT1500
The Fuel Pump Relay is located in the Glove Box under a little cover on the upper left side. The Fuel Control Relay is the left relay and The Fuel Pump Relay is the right. To test these relays, swap them and then try to start the vehicle, or blow the horn. If the horn blows then use that relay for the pump and you may at least drive the vehicle where needed! If the vehicle starts, then replace them as a pair.
SOURCE: trying to locate fuel pump relay for 1991 corvette- coupe
The fuel pump relay in the 1991 corvette is located under the IP on the pass side.
Open pass door, unscrew two screws under the glovebox (you will be upside down in the car), take off the fuse panel, unscrew third screw to plastic plate underneath glovebox, pull away carpet (velcro), pull down plastic plate (watch out for the wiring to the lamp), then under the glovebox you will find a number of fuses and relays if you dive in under there DEEP, prob 4 or 5 in a row, not really sure wich one, but one in the middle is the fuel relay, and they are the same (interchangable).
Take a look at --the12volt.com/relays/relays.asp--
It´s those relays we are talking about.
The fuel pump shut-off switch is
located in the passenger's foot well,
by the kick panel.
The relay and fuse for the fuel pump are located in the engine compartment
near the battery.
Fuse #9 20A* Powers Fuel Pump Relay
The relay is marked "Fuel Pump Relay" use the box lid to ID the relay position
