That is in reference to your airbag system, also known as supplemental restraint system (SRS), hence the association with the seatbelt, which is the primary restraint system. If the light is on, it means you need to have your airbag system checked for malfunctions.

No!!!! That icon with a person seated, strapped in with a ball on his lap is the airbag icon. Coming on is indicative that you need to check your airbags or get them looked at. I think ordinarily, your airbags should be looked at every 6-10 years or thereabout. Go get it checked out.

Light is on the dashboard. looks like a person sitting in a seat with a seatbelt on , and a round circle thing like a bll, the view is from the side. what does this mean?

It is telling you that either your seat belt is not on or your passengers is not on. There is a sensor inside the seat belt buckle that tells the car you are wearing it. If the passenger seat senses the weight of a person (or big dog) and they don't have the buckle on then the light will come on. If the seat belts are both buckled in then you must have a bad sensor on the buckle.

My pasenger side front seatbelt wont come out its

the safest thing to do is replace the belt (either from a junk yard or oem replacement). But before you do that, i have had some luck with spaying liquid wrench/compressed air down into the assembly while gently tugging on the strap. You can try to disassemble the unit but, there is a very high likelihood that you will either break something or it wont function properly afterwords (i.e. the clutch wont engage when it pulled fast). So if you do plan on taking it apart, be ready to buy a new one. What i have seen many times; inside the assembly there is a ball that floats in a cup, if the cup get clogged with crud, the ball wont disengage the clutch, clean out the bowl the ball sits in and it should work properly again. Hope this helps!

Seatbelt light on

There is a tiny switch under the **** area of the seat that tells the car someone is sitting there... and a tiny switch in the seatbelt CLICK mechanism. These only have 2 wires which go down to the floor, alongside the running board and up to the dash. The switch nder your **** is NormallyOPEN and CLOSES (makes contact) when someone weighing 50lb or more sits in the seat (smart huh) It could be bent, broken, come loose from its moorings or have a wire loose... At the same time, the passenger seat also has shcu a switch and it might be STUCK or shorted. Same for the seatbelt CLICK mechanisms on both sides. If you don't like loosening seat bolts, pulling up carpeting and removing the inside panels, etc. what we call 'troubleshooting'. find someone that does - or take it to a dealer.
