I have a 2004 Ford F350 diesel. Changed fuel filters and now it sounds like there is an air leak coming from secondary fuel cartrige. Thinking it was the cap, i replaced it and still have very very hard starting in the morning "black smoke" ruff idle. Shooting off two codes 0223, 0232, fuel pump secondary high. Throttle/pedal position sensor switch B circuit range performance problem. NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!

did you check to make sure the other gasket wasnt stuck on there....its comomn for it to stick. also dont hit the gas when your trying to start it. that will cause the smoke and the issue with the throttle position sensor. Also make sure that there is no air in the cartrige. Its common for them to get air trapped in them and make it hard to start because it has to bleed all that air out.
