Look on google for snakes in your area and see if you can match it to the one you seen and find out if it in poisonous or not.

it sounds like a garter snake , all round the usa , not dangerous

Snakes, being reptiles, lay eggs.
Just about all reptiles do.
As to whether there are eggs laid in your house, that is a really good question, since snakes do go into homes to lay eggs on occasion.
Since poison would not hurt them much, but it might you, I should refrain from using poison.
I forget the time it takes to hatch them, but you might wish to do a house inspection for the next few months as a regular daily routine.
The name of the snake you found is a black racer, and they are harmless to people and animals, but they eat lots of bugs and sometimes mice.

all snakes will bite,but,this invisible snake is no bother to any dogs,i cant hear or see a rattler

It can become a very poisonous venom that can injure someone on impact

It is a rattle snake. They have been around for years. Noah probably had them on his ark.

Sounds like the computer, if working, is trying to tell you there is something wrong. But, if all of the lights go on, I would think it's a problem with the computer since it's unlikely that all of the systems would be red flagged or amber flagged and the car would still run.
