ally head 75lbs ,timing marks i honestly cannot remember ,do it old fashioned way time it to no1 with valves closed on no1 then you can see where or what the pmarks should be ,do not use starter motor ,always crank engine by hand 360? to ensure valves clear

The torque settings for a 1997 Audi A3 1.6 cylinder head:

1. Tightening sequence

2. Cylinder head instructions:
2.1. Renew bolts: Yes.

3. Tightening torques:
3.1. Stage 1 - Tighten: 40 Nm.
3.2. Stage 2 - Tighten: 90 degrees.
3.3. Stage 3 - Tighten: 90 degrees.
