SOURCE: Blend door not working.

The bleed door controls air temp not where it comes out, dash, floor, defroster, this is most likely a mode control switch problem, that switch is on the ac control head.

you can not reset it. all you have to do is go to the dealer and get a new sensor. once the sensor touches the disk it opens up the circuit, thus you have your brake pad warnning.

SOURCE: how do you replace the coolant on a 2006 mini

this is how i replace the coolant on minis. remove the lower splash shield and disconnect the lower radiator hose right off the radiator. when it stops draining, resecure the hose and clamp. next , ur going to have to refill and bleed the cooling system.i do this through the coolant resevroir. this is important, or else ur vehicle is going to overheat and boil over no matter if the system is full or not. there are 2 coolant bleeder valves. open both valves a little and fill the coolant system with the correct coolant. fill the coolant. fill the coolant till it begins to come out of the 2 valves . when coolant begins to come out through the valves slowly and steady with no air pockets , go ahead and close up both valves and run vehicle to normal operateing temps, make sure vehicle isnt overheating and u should be fine. u may have to repeat the procedure over again. once u do it once u remember how next time. ( the two bleeder valves are sort of hard to explain in words where they are, they arent hard to access ) u can turn them with a flathead screwdriver) they are usually black and plastic.

Driver side blowing hot air passenger side blowing cold air

I'm having the same problem except on mine it's the driver's side that's blowing cold. Do you have the pictures in a finer resolution? I can't make them out and when I zoom, they are too grainy. Does the replacement require removing the dashboard? What's the general cost of the acuators? Are they readily available at like NAPA or other parts stores?

The heater/vent system will not blow warm/hot air even when dialed to 90 degrees on climate control

On a newer truck such as yours, the problem is usually the blend door actuator. First try a recalibrations of the system. Remove the HVAC fuse for a couple minutes and then put it back in. Start the truck and let it idle for a few minutes. Check to see if that fixed it.
If not, next check the actuator. I will paste instructions below for taking it out. Once you have it out, plug the connector back in and see if it turns when you change the temperature control. If not, the problem can be in the controller or the actuator. If it is clicking, the problem is stripped gears. If it isn't doing anything, you can check for voltage at the connector with a voltmeter. Connect the black meter lead to a good ground point and probe the connector terminals with the red lead while changing the temperature setting. The part costs $140, so do what you can to make sure it's bad before putting a new one in. Also, it may be worth your time to read my post at http://www.fixya.com/cars/r6235876-no_heat_fan_blowing_cold_air for other ideas. Please let me know if you have questions.
