Timing belt ok. replaced distributor cap. still wont start. no spark
SOURCE: 94 toyota camery no spark
I had the same problem recently but replacing the ignition Coil under the distributor (inside) solved the problem. Also replaced the distributor Cap and rotor at the same time.

The problem wont be your timing belt. you need to take out a spark plug plug it into your HT lead and check for a strong spark or even if there is a spark. check your contact breakers on the distributor as well

Distributor fault, the coil goes down in tyhem and sometimes pops the ECU.

Check the ignition relay and all the main relays on the battery.

crankshaft sensor, or computer on toyotas then it was usually the distributor or the computer, but the crankshaft sensor might be bad too thats what helps to get you spark.
