You can also remove the a/c compressor and install a bypass pulley in its place. You can still use the standard belt this way, just run it to the bypass pulley instead of the a/c compressor. RockAuto has them at the link.

you just need to find a shorter belt and just not put it around the ac pump.

I doubt anyone knows that off the top of their head. You could run a string through the path you want the belt to take and measure how much string it takes. This will give you an approximate length for the belt -- most parts stores could find one close to that size.

I just went threw the same thing. I found that Auto Zone's 822K6 belt fit perfectly. Hope this helps you

simple trick provided you can do this by running some twine around your pulleys allowing for1-2 inches less for slack adjuster an that will pretty close.or they may have for that system without ac meaning the condenser unit.

When you go to the Auto parts store and get the part. Tell them you don't have AC and install that belt by passing the AC pulley.
