SOURCE: My 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo won't start.

Check that your battery has 12v, check and clean terminal contacts. If battery has less than 12v have it charged and load tested. 9 of 10 times this will get you going...if not, I'll give you the rest of testing later if you need it.

SOURCE: 02 Chevy Cavalier - Fast Clicking Noise When I Turn Key

if you recently replaced the battery and are continuing to have this issue, i suggest that you clean the battery terminals.

obviously your car is getting power (fast clicking indicates this) so you will need a good battery jump. also check your cables, sometimes your cables may not supply sufficient power for the recharge

2002 Cheverolet Cavalier z24 will not start. It goes to accessories, and when it goes to run, it makes a spitting noise from the engine and I power it off.

Spitting noise? Spray some starter fluid into the throttle body. If it runs, then check the fuel system. If it does not start, then check the electrical system.

I have a 2002 Cavalier. I think the turn signal relay needs to be replaced but I don't know where it is.

the flasher module is under dash near the steering column. could be bright green if OEM. if the low beam light is out, try replacing the bad bulb. that should correct the issue with the headlights.

Chev 2002 cavalier transaxle makes lots of noise turning left

i agree....sounds like the axle boots are worn, causing the car to make noises while turning....to make a sure diagnostic if its the axle boots or CV joints, u will hear a "clicking" noise as you turn the wheel to the right or left....whichever side u hear the noise from is usually the side that needs repair....i would get that checked soon and find out for sure what it is....most mechanic shops dont charge just to take a look, its the parts and labor their more worried about....hope this helps

How to access/find Headlamp relay(s) under dash?

Headlight relay is the power block under the hood. Black box, take off the cover and under the cover will be a diagram telling you where the relay is.

I hear a metalic clicking noise when i step on my gas pedal, why

It could be your CV Joints. To test them, turn hard to one side and hit the gas. If it get's worse you have a bad CV Joint. If not, you may have brakes dragging or a hub bearing going bad. I would start with the CV Joints first, especially if you have more than 60K Miles on the vehicle.
