Upon stopping at a stop sign the brake pedal slowly goes to the floor until I re-pump the brakes then the pedal will come back up.......but with constant pressure it will go down again.......help!

Brake booster has gone bad or u have a vacuum leak. Check the seals for leaks around booster where the. Fluid goes in the plastic holder. Check for vacuum leak going to break booster
sounds like the brake master cylinder seals are worn buy a master cylinder kit and get a mechanic to repair it it is a lot cheaper than replacing the whole unit
Did they bleed the air out of your brake system? Try pumping the brake pedal until it is "hard" then mash down on the pedal - if the pedal goes down but slowly, you probably have air in your brake lines.
is your pedal hard to push? if so maybe booster. does your pedal slowly drop all the way to the floor? if so definately the master cylinder (leaks internally)
