Just got a new caliber, new brakes, brake fluid and my car wont stop

Did they bleed the air out of your brake system? Try pumping the brake pedal until it is "hard" then mash down on the pedal - if the pedal goes down but slowly, you probably have air in your brake lines.

The brake pedal slowly goes to the floor. Doesn't want to stop very well. Sometimes pumping helps. What should I check?

First thing to check is the master cylinder, based on what you're describing it has failed.

This is a dangerous situation do not drive vehicle until it's repaired.
