go back to the Ford dealership and talk to the service manger.. if they are a class act.. they will help you..(you may have to "take a number")

Deb, sorry to hear its so far away,, maybe call them as soon as they open..If your bought it from a salesman.. sometimes they can help??.. other wise ask for the service manager..

When you say the radio does not accept the code, what exactly do you mean?....... is the code wrong so showing an error when entered or is the code not registering on the screen?
Hi there, the code registers on the screen but when I press the No. 6 to confirm the entry it immediately goes back to saying "wait 30 minutes"
Hi Debra, for Ford radios when you have entered the correct 4 digit security code on the screen using the first 4 preset buttons, if the code does not register at that stage I believe you need to press the 5th preset button to confirm.
