I have a 23 t bucket and i cant get a brake pedal.when i bought it had very little brake so i replaced rear shoes and cylinders,front pads and calipers,all new lines and the master cylinder

first replace master cylinder the replace rear wheel brake cylinders.. Inspect front pads for non uniform wear, inspect front rotors replace if badly worn or scarred. You are dealing with 23-24 year old parts.

Brake booster

Pedal, not peddle. First make sure reservoir is full at the brake master cylinder. Then check your brake pads (for disc brakes) and/or brake shoes (for drum brakes). When the pads or shoes are very worn down, you will get a low pedal. If you have disc brakes on the front and drums on the rear wheels, first try just replacing the front brake pads. If you get a good pedal after the front is done, many people tend to let the rear brake shoes go unless they are making noise. These systems are designed to put most of the braking force on the front discs, so the rear shoes do not need changing as often.

Does the car have ABS ? And does it have an equalizer block for the 4 wheels ?
It sounds like the ABS has been affected, or there is an equalizer block that is stuck on the front wheels only.
Can you open the bleeder or the rear line on the master cyl and get fluid to come out by depressing the pedal ?

On these old manual brake systems without automatic adjusters you have to set the shoe clearance by turning the adjuster on each shoe out so the shoe is very close to the drum. If there is too much clearance between the shoe and drum the shoe will move as far as it can and never touch the drum, this will make a low or no pedal pressure.

if master replaced sounds like air still in lines rebleed the brake lines start with passenger rear than driver rear -pass front -than driver front last..before bleeding check rear brake shoes are adjusted correctly

If the car has drum rear brakes, you may need to service the shoes as well. If the rear shoes are not manually adjusted properly, most of the brake fluid goes to the rear brake cylinders, leaving little for the disk brakes up front. You may need to service the master cylinder as well, if it doesn't provide the full amount of fluid per stroke. Hope some of this helps!

Most likely you need brake job on front and rear. to test if the pads are worn on the rear set the emergency brake then push down on the brake. does it come up? if it does This means the rear pads are bad and most likely the front. You will want to check the master cylinder for fluid if it is low you will have to replace with DOT3 Fluid once it is full you may have to bleed the system to see if the brakes come up. If the fluid is ok and The pads are not wore out then you will have to check the master cylinder to do this you need to jack up the car one wheel at a time and test by pressing brake pedal down slowly till the wheel will not turn. If the wheels stop on all four wheels when you have done this test then you will need to replace the pads and shoes. If the master cylinder is defective either the front wheels won't stop or the rear won't stop turning when you press the pedal down. The Master cylinder is $39.00 with exchange, but you want to make sure the pads are good the rear shoes are good and the brakes are adjusted. Here is the web page for the parts you need. You can test the master cylinder if you have rubber gloves too, just pop the lid off the master cylinder and have someone slowly push the pedal down with your finger on the front port see it you get fluid blowing out the hole when the pedal is pushed down. If you do the cup is bypassing and it needs to be replaced. Hope this helps.

you got it, the booster is leaking reducing the vacuum to the intake, replace it

are your rear drums set up? why did you bleed the brakes. when only when you installed new pads?
