I have a 2011 GMC Acadia and the ac is stuck on heater. It blows good it just blows consistent heat out of all vents. It's summer time in Texas and I need it fixed asap! Thanks!

Blend Door Actuator issue which is a servo operated door that closes off the heat and direct the cold air instead. It is a known issue on them. See the videos.

your on the right track! your blend door is broken or your blend door actuator is broken.

sounds like the blend doors are stuck shut. when you switch it to defrost does the air come out the windshield vents?

There is a blend door on the plenum. It is stuck or not working for some reason.

check that the heater control (tap ) is being turned on by the controls.. Have an accredited ac mechanic check the ac system .

You might just have a wire loose somewhere. My 96 Cadi did that a couple of times lastyear, then it was fine. Hasn't done it since.` So, who knows! Sorry, not much help to you.

the heater vacuum motor and lines needs to be checked.Also get the blend door checked.

check for any vacumm hose leaks that comes from the engine to the ac box, check for vacumm actuator proper operation.
