Its overheating im not that fused on modern cars to much electronics but it will have some sirt of sencor to stop the engine from being damaged or because of the over heating the engine has started to sease up

Which 02 sensor is bank 1 sensor 2?
Bank 1 Sensor 1 is the first sensor closest to the engine. On Bank 1 means it is at the engine side with cylinders 1, 3, 5, 7, etc. Bank 1 Sensor 2 is the second sensor on the engine's exhaust pipe, usually behind the catalytic converter.

possible you have to reset antitheft mode ,is there a red light flashing when you turn key to on possion not starting it ? some will reset by putting key in drivers door and turning it open close 3 times look for lights to flash then try to start.
Do you have a keyless entry FOB. If you do replace the battery then program the system. Unlock the doors turn the ignition key to the "ON" position then press either the lock or unlock button of the FOB turn the ignition key off.Now turn the ignition key on again and press either button on the FOB. Turn the ignition off again. Do this 3 times. This initiates programming for the power door locks. Press the lock button of each remote one at a time to be stored in memory. this must be done within 10 seconds of each remote.
3 remotes max. Turn the ignition off and remove the key to complete programming procedure. then test each remote.

Ignition switches in Honda/Acura vehicles years 97-02 encounter faulty or shorted internal contacts. This causes premateur electrical failure to vital engine electrical parts, causing vehicle to stall intermittedly. A recall has been in place since 2002, approximately 1.3mil vehicles are affected, call your local honda/acura dealer for info and possible free repair or replace the ignition switch yourself.
