I would check that the starter is getting the signal from the ignition switch.

Check the ignition module to see if your getting fire. You can pull off a spark plug wire to check also if you know how to do it

I have a 2006 Nissan Sentra 1.8 and it is not starting. I checked out my Check Engine light and it said my Cam Shaft positon sensor is bad. So I replaced it but I think I fried my starter trying to kick it...

Sounds more like a dead battery. The one click you hear is the starter solenoid.
Turn on your headlights and try to start if your headlights go real dim your battery is dead.
If they stay bright then it could be your starter

My car won't start, when turning the key in the ignition, it wont turn over. I just got a new alternator, battery, and tune-up? So what is the problem?

Go to the solonoid on the starter, Jump from large post to small post, (assuming you have a charged battery) starter will turn over motor. If it does not you have a bad starter. If it does check ign switch and wiring.
