How can I repair a98 Honda Civic 4 door. Moon roof wont close all the way. Seams to be on an angle when closing. What can I do?

Can you help it along by lifting one side? Or by tugging one side down?

I'm betting it has plastic slide bushings, and one has worn completely out. Getting it out & getting a replacement one in will be a challenge... there may be quite a lot to take apart & put back together.

The moonroof cover was fore closed while moon roof was open and now makes noise and leaks

it sounds like something that is broken inside ,u might need a new moon roof track complete unit

Moon roof wont close shut properly. control switches wont work.

Take the moon roof control and get the sunroof all the way closed and then hold the button on for 7 seconds and see if that works.

I've got a '84 Supra and the sunroof does not open and close properly. The motor and switch are fine but the sunroof only closes partially and will not snap shut.

Sun roofs and moon roofs both have spring loaded guides at opposite sides and if they are worn or loose will affect yours from properly closing

How do i close a moonroof that is not working? 1995 camry

there is usually a manual turn hidden somewhere on the inside roof. Find it and turn it with a wrench/screwdriver. Hope this helps :-)

there is a recall on the moon roof guides, call the dealer for replacement, see Consumer Guide for recalls.

Sun/Moon Roof won't close

hit the switch again while you have someone feel the relays under the dash in the fuse panel.... the one that is clicking needs to be replaced... your sunroof should be fine after that.

You are having a problem with either your power switch which opens and closes the moonroof. or either you may in fact have a motor problem with moonroof. check to see if you may have an electrical short in your system. also you also may have something wrong with your moonroof sliding armature.
