Depends on 'fix and repair' in what way? Not lighting? Check bulb, fuses and relays .

probly need a new heater core--get a haynes manual or library sec629 has pro mechanics series--if u get new one test evaporator and blower motor also to save labor

If the heater hoses are hot, the problem may be a faulty blend door under the dash. The blend doors direct air thru the heater core and the vents.

It sounds like vacuum is not getting to the vent, heat and A/C controls. Find the vacuum can. It may be under the hood on one of the inner fenders. Trace the lines back to the vacuum block at the intake manifold or fire-wall, and also back to where the line goes thru the fire-wall. Check the can for leaks or obvious holes. They used to be just a plain metal can, but it could be a plastic ball. Check the lines as you go for breaks and rub-thru's. Move the controls thru all settings and listen for vent door movement. (Run the engine momentarily to build vacuum in the system.) Worst case is a bad vacuum motor or air flow position selector switch.

Need to buy a new window regulator (about $100 at autoparts store).
(leave your windo up and tape it to the window frame so it does not fall)Take interior door panel off, gently remove any sound or moisture barriers, remove old regualtor through the large service holes in door frame, (there will be clips you have to remove to release the regulator) do not let the glass fall (you may have to remove the glass by taking out thru the top of the door), install new regulator, re-install other parts in reverse order.

your blend doors are damaged or broken, go to heatertreater.net they have a quick fix blend door repair kit that you can install yourself in around half an hour, this really works as i have fitted a few myself. jeep will quote you around £800 to fix.

easy trouble shoot easy fix ! check to see if its getting fire if not replace the crank sensor it will fire right up common problem with the jeeps . Hope this helps you out !!!

On the passenger side front to the fire wall above the blower fan the lines run to there!! Trace an check for leaks an cracks!!

BLEND DOOR FOR RIGHT SIDE BROKE INTO THE A/C SIDE. TO REPAIR PROBLEM WILL NEED TO REMOVE DASH AND HEATER/EVAP CORE BOX.
